2010 Toyota Tundra 4 Lo Flashing

On my 08 Tundra i started her up yesterday and the VSC 4Lo and Check engine lights are constantly blinking.

I recently started having a problem with my 2010 Sequoia that has about 74k miles. Tried to reset everything by disconnecting battery and no dice. If its still flashing move back to 4hi drive forward a bit then stop put it in neutral move to 2hi.
